People talk about being fit. But fit for what? The answer is “fit for life” - your life. If you exercise regularly, there is proof you will feel better, look better and even slow down the ageing process. How many personal trainers do you see looking tired and run down? Not many! They all look radiant, healthy and glowing. In this section you will see examples of training plans that are suitable for men and women. As a City Warrior you will get personal training plans, dietary and nutritional advice, access to physiotherapists and other health specialists. As you will see above, we have provided a selection of videos that set out the basic boxing moves. Of course we are not expecting you to properly learn them just by looking, but they give you a taster of what will be expected Whatever your motivation, exercise should be enjoyable. If you hate running don’t do it. We’ll find you something you will enjoy because if you enjoy your exercise you’ll want to stick with it. Generally our training programmes combine personal training and group training sessions and can be combined with weekend training breaks. They will lift your personal fitness to a new level.
